”A really lovely quiet stay where birdsong and the occasional chicken or sheep are the only noises you will hear. If you want to get away from it all for a few days yet be well positioned to explore Ludlow and the local area then this is the place for you. A car is a must to get around but there are some nice walks right from the doorstep.The property is well equipped, has everything needed for a perfect stay and is spotlessly clean. ”Lovely property. Parking proved difficult to ensure our 4x4 did not block next doors gate. The road was extremely busy whilst we manoeuvred the car as close are we could to the fence. The stone plant pot did not help. Although the garden is lovely the property would appeal more if the lawn was hard core for easier off street parking.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vicarage Cottage. It is indeed ‘a hidden gem’ and we would highly recommend it to future guests. The sizeable kitchen, cosy lounge, small landing and exquisitely decorated bedroom all contribute towards a most unique holiday destination. All communication with the hosts was positive and helpful. ”The barn conversion is set in stunning Shropshire scenery. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the owner. The property is warm and comfortable with many original features. There was plenty of room for the 11 family members in our group - lots of comfy armchairs, and pretty bedlinen on all the beds. The kitchen was slightly small for so large a group but we managed without a problem. There is a large Sainsbury's store within easy reach and we found plenty to do.”
