”We had a lovely relaxing weekend break. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Chris and Tracey were very warm and welcoming. The cake was a nice surprise. We took our dog, and he really enjoyed himself. The rooms are all large so plenty of room for him to lie down, and we had the use of a field to walk him in. ”

”Exceptionally clean property, beautiful views, very quiet location, lovely cake on arrival from the host. Small but perfectly formed and although the furniture is a little dated, it has everything you could possibly need. Real fire with plenty of wood. Well equipped kitchen and fairly new bathroom.”

”We had a great short break at The Cottage. It has everything you could need, kitchen very well equipped, comfortable bed and thoughtful touches such as the automatic nightlights. The location is very peaceful. We were very lucky on our arrival day that the weather was amazing and we had a lovely time sitting in the pretty, tranquil garden watching birds and butterflies and then listening to an owl once it went dark. Definitely coming back!”

”It was a fantastic stay in such a quiet and calm place - village settings all around. We really enjoyed the BBQ facilities. Property was extremely clean and tidy. The host even kept a flap jack for all of us - so nice of them. Fully recommended.”

”Lovely log cabin, very clean , excellent central heating with radiators in every room. Good sized fenced in garden for our dog to run around in. Veranda with table and chairs where you can sit back and watch countryside and wonderful sunsets. The cabin is up a steep gravel track so would not be suitable for cars with low ground clearance. The owner was very nice.”
