We had an absolutely horrible experience. When we arrived there was no one to check us in to our room and we had to wait for an hour. We booked a room for four people (we are four women and were not expecting to have to share a room) and were given three beds in one room and one bed in another. We ended up just sleeping in the three beds. Room was not clean, bathrooms were disgusting with both toilets broken and 3/5 sinks out of order, we did not feel safe whatsoever. We left after one night and I sent a message to the hostel asking for a full refund to which they have not responded. I recommend you take this property off of your website. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if Expedia could be any help in getting us a refund.

Think twice!

Booked this place from airport but upon arrival there was no one there (we did arrive late in the night). The place felt very spooky. The office computer was left on but no one to be found anywhere. We contacted the number that was displayed but no answer. We had to leave to go to another hotel. Still waiting for refund! No response to that either.

I arrived at the hostel only to be told that my reservation was not "valid" and that there were no rooms available (on a holiday weekend also). This hostel also operates under this fake name. I didn't argue with him about my reservation as I was already starting to feel super uneasy and did not want to be there..

Run forest ! Run !

The place is terrible, if you are a fan of « The Walking dead » or « resident evil » you might appreciate because everything was terrible, the room smell like a dead dog, the bed are terrible. You can’t lock your door because the lockers is are broken, bloods on the wall and showers mostly broken. If you see « free car to go to airport » it’s a scam, they want you to pay and nothing gonna come, sleep in the airport, it’s more comfortable.

Not the best location, there wasn’t any toilet paper or hand soap. Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come on reception to check us in. Very rude and dismissive staff. Rooms were cold, no hot water in the shared bathroom. Walls were thin so could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside the door.

We saw o lot of blood every where, there had been a fight, there is no recepcionist we didnt stay there! we have to run but as always hotels.com didn't help us

Au départ j’ai cru à une mauvaise blague car impossible de trouver l’établissement sur Google Maps et l’adresse indiquée est erronée en fait c’était à 100 mètre plus loin. J’avais envoyé un message via la messagerie expédia pour prévenir de mon arrivée tardif, mais personne ne m’a répondu, et lorsque je parviens à trouver l’établissement et je rentre à l’intérieur. Il n’y aurait absolument personne. C’était désertique. J’étais à la limite de réserver un autre hôtel. Finalement le réceptionniste était dans son bureau. Il est sorti et il était très aimable et professionnel au premier abord. l’établissement m’inspire pas vraiment confiance, mais la chambre que j’ai eu était tout de même correct. Il y a le stricte minimum, lit, matelas couverture, penser à prendre vos serviettes de bain. Établissement et au bord de la voie ferrée du tramway, il n’y a absolument rien à proximité. C’est vraiment désertique.

Tutto sembra tranne che un ostello. É un palazzo fatiscente con camere ancora peggio. Non esiste un controllo documenti, pagamenti solo contanti. Abbiamo usufruito di una sola notte(ne avevamo prenotate 3) e siamo scappati altrove! Direi piu camere per appuntamenti.. orribile.

don't even consider this place ever

there is nobody at the check-in counter when i arrived, the place is dirty and disorganized, the neighborhood seems to be a rough one. I stayed there for one hour but could not find any human being at this place to check me in even i already paid the full amount with hotels.com. I eventually fled this place late evening and waste my payment.
