The outdoor space is composed of a raised patio with a picnic table and a generous allocation of lawn space, fully enclosed for children and pets to play. You can head back inside via the dining room which sits adjacent to the open-plan living space alongside a useful utility room. Mosey along the hallway to find three equally as attractive bedrooms, one king-size, one double and one twin. The village is home to your nearest beach, a beautiful sand and shingle bay presenting dramatic landscapes and rockpools waiting to be explored. Situated in North Cornwall, the property also sits a manageable distance from beauty spots within the Devonshire coast and countryside. Simply jump in the car to explore beaches along the Hartland Heritage Coast (25 miles) or endless hikes and biking routes within the Dartmoor National Park (30 miles).
