The large lounge provides a welcoming space for everyone to gather, featuring a generous L-shaped sofa, a window seat overlooking the sea, and entertainment including a TV with Sky and a selection of books and films. The home is bright, airy, and ideal for spending quality time together, whether you're unwinding after a beach day or enjoying a quiet evening in.



The heart of the home is the fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Well-equipped with everything you need, it includes a cooker, hob, dishwasher, large American-style fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and an excellent range of cookware, crockery, and serving dishes. The spacious dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, making it perfect for family meals or celebratory dinners. A separate utility room provides added convenience with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional storage.



Outside, Trecane continues to impress with its generous garden spaces to both the front and rear. Fully fenced for privacy and peace of mind, these areas offer outdoor seating for relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco. There's even an outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Ample off-road parking for four or more cars ensures easy access for larger groups.



The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed, ensuite shower room, and stunning sea views. A second spacious room can be arranged as either twins or a king-size, also enjoying sea views and ample storage. The third bedroom is a generous double with its own large ensuite and coastal outlook. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of full-size bunk beds, making it perfect for both adults and children. In addition to the two ensuites, there is a ground floor family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and sink.



With the beach just a stone's throw away, Trecane is perfectly placed for enjoying everything Widemouth Bay has to offer. From surfing and swimming to rock pooling and coastal walks, there's something for all ages right on your doorstep.
