”L’endroit est idyllique et paradisiaque surtout avec des enfants. Par contre, le Check in est lamentable. Tout d’abord, on m’envoie un no de code, mais arrivé sur place, il ne fonctionne pas. J’envoie la demande et 5 min plus tard, je reçois un autre code qui fonctionne. En arrivant devant l’appartement, il faut une clef. J’appelle et 15 min plus tard, j’apprend qu’il faut aller chercher la clef dans une boîte à clef située à 1 km de là. Cela aurait été bien plus simple si on m’avait donné...

”Yes the place was clean and tidy, it was a lovely little 1 bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool and Spa it also had a sauna which we didn’t use the only thing I didn’t like was that it was on the first floor and I had trouble with those I had two bad falls while there but would stay there again as long as we had a ground floor unit.”

”The apartment was everything as advertised. We have a wonderful stay, it was so amazing stay right on the beach. We enjoyed the sunrises from our balcony and the wonderful cool afternoon breezes. Such great view. The beach and beach pools were fantastic. Nice and close to all the action at The Entrance too. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable.”

”Check in was horrible. Was told to come back as they didn't know where the swipe card was then had to come back later to then be told go back to the hotel now and the cleaner will meet you in the lobby to give access. Location was great and so was the view . Apartment was not cleaned properly still had previous guests hair all through the bathroom . Blinds are old and ripped . Ceiling fans are nearly falling off the ceiling and make noise while they wobble all night . Balcony fly screen...
