”Clean well appointed suite. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view on the 5th floor. Cannot beat the view!! The facilities are getting older however it’s well kept up and very clean. ”

”Great place to stay with fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry and ensuite bathroom. Plenty of room in the whole house and small fenced yard to sit outside. Needs were comfy and clean. Would certainly recommend. ”

”Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. Pool was lovely and had a great view. Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival...

”Overall a very nice and clean property ….obviously at a hefty price. Check in experience was very poor as we arrived on Sunday just before 5pm and had no communications from reception about accessing our property keys….so it all started with uncertainty. Not a pleasant start. And then one of the main cooking gas stove burner wasn’t functional so also the light/plug systems in the master bedroom. No one expects a poorly maintained appliances to deal with when one books a luxury stay. ”

”It had a funky smell, shower needed a good scrub and there were cobwebs everywhere.”

”We stayed for three nights. The unit was clean and spacious. The oven, micro wave, washing machine and dryer are all modern and work well. The unit is close to both Westmead hospital which is why we choose it. We would happily stay there again.”

”We stayed here recently and while the room itself was beautiful and set in a stunning area, unfortunately our experience was let down by a few issues. There were constant insects throughout our stay, including a large number of ants crawling in the room and even in the bed, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night. The sink tap was also extremely loose, and the shower had no door or proper screen, meaning the entire bathroom flooded every time we showered. That said, the...
