Charming Bungalow on upeat näkymät maaseudulle.

Hawkern Mökki sijaitsee laitamilla viehättävä, maalauksellinen kylä Otterton, joka on välillä Sidmouth ja Budleigh Salterton. Omaisuus nauttii keskeytymätöntä näkymät maaseudulle ja on paratiisi jokaiselle, joka nauttii kävely. On olemassa lukuisia rannikon ja maaseudun kävelee joka voidaan saavuttaa ilman saada autossa. Tilat ja alue: Otterton on lähellä Woodbury Golf & Country Club, joka on avoin muille kuin jäsenille ja Exmouth tarjoaa sisätenniskeskus joka on 6 tuomioistuimissa. Bicton Gardens on vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Hawkern ja Regency kaupungissa Sidmouth on 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Otterton on ihanteellinen sijainti, koska Dartmoor, Torbay, Lyme Regis (suuri fossiilinen metsästys lasten kanssa), Exeterin katedraali kaupunki ovat kaikki helposti, mikä tekee paljon päiväretkiä pois perheen.

Lovely 2 bed cottage in the hosts grounds. The views were great and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog. It was a little hard to find but well worth the extra effort. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Quiet and secluded location with easy access to Sidmouth, Topsham etc. Cottage has a nice view over the Devon countryside. Has lovely outside space but weather was not in our favour on this occasion. Overall a relaxing getaway in a very pretty location

Perfect place to stay for a young family and dog! Great size rooms, safe and secure garden, and everything you could need for a short break. Lots of lovely local walks - including to the coastal path, and information left at the property to help you find local places to visit. The owners of the property were very helpful and considerate and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be back!

My adult daughter and I stayed here with our two dogs so that we could have our own space whilst visiting family nearby. The bungalow was absolutely perfect for us; well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, dog friendly, enclosed garden with fabulous views and lots of lovely walks nearby. Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. We will most certainly be returning. Thoroughly recommend.

Very quiet and private location even though it’s next to the owners property. Stunning countryside view and some great dogs walks from the doorstep. Nice welcoming biscuits and tea coffee and milk on arrival. The cottage is a little tired in places but felt comfortable and the dogs were very secure in the garden. An enjoyable 4 days with excellent communication with the owner. Thank you.

We have just returned from a week at this fabulous property ran by Claire and her husband, it was well equipped and Claire was very helpful and friendly. We loved the view from the patio and both said how lovely and quiet it was, we got lucky with the weather and there’s lots of walks from the property so we didn’t have to use the car much at all.

Cottage is in the owner’s house grounds but very private & quiet. Claire was very welcoming & helpful about the local area. Kitchen was extremely well equipped, beds very comfortable & overall a lovely stay. The village is a short walk & I can recommend the community shop, the mill and the pub. All in all can be thoroughly recommended.

The bungalow was ideal for us - very clean, well-appointed, comfortable and convenient. Claire was very helpful when we arrived - she and her husband live in Hawkern House alongside. She was always available but allowed us our privacy. Views from the house are lovely and the patio and lawn area were very pleasant. There are good walks to the SW Coast Path from the house and it was very convenient for our small dog. We stayed 7 nights and visited lots of nice places nearby and found a good variety of places to eat.

We had a very enjoyable few days at Hawkern Cottage, staying near to Exmouth as I was playing cricket there during the week. Claire looked after us extremely well and the views from the property were amazing.

Second time I have stayed here and just as peaceful and relaxing as the last. Short walks and long walks for all. We had 4 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did. With the Mill and pub a short walk away just perfect for us.
