Casa della Luna is a 40 square meter apartment located on the first floor of a building in the heart of Budoni, characterized by a sea view that offers moments of pure relaxation and contemplation. The spaces, although compact, have been designed to ensure comfort and functionality for those looking for an authentic stay in the beautiful North-East Gallura of Sardinia.
The apartment is cleverly developed with a double bedroom that offers privacy and tranquility, while the living area has a single sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate up to three people . The living room opens onto a bright environment where you can relax while admiring the sea view that extends to the horizon. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: oven , fridge with freezer and gas stove guarantee culinary autonomy during your stay. The bathroom completes the structure with all the services essential for daily comfort.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season of the year. The real jewel of the structure is represented by the terrace with sea view , a private outdoor area where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the breathtaking sunsets that characterize this area of Sardinia. Here there is space for an outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying meals en plein air, creating a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. The environment is completely smoke-free , ensuring clean and fresh air in all spaces.
Budoni is one of the pearls of the Sardinian east coast , a town that combines the charm of crystalline beaches with the tranquility of an authentic seaside village. The location of the apartment allows you to easily reach the local beaches and to explore the natural treasures of Gallura. Tourist tax:

Please note, at check time you will be asked to pay tourist tax according to Budoni City following rules:

March, April, May June, September and October: 0.50€ per day per person.
July and August 1.00€ per day per person.



No Tourist Tax shall be paid in the following cases:

Children under the age of 12
Stay in the months of January, February, November and December
Stay longer than 30 days

Requests for CheckIn in the morning or otherwise before 4:00 p.m. are subject to availability and an additional charge of €30.00 in May, June, September, October and €40.00 in July and August
LATE CHECK-IN
Check-in for arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and midnight is subject to a surcharge of €40.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
Check-in for arrivals after 24:00 is subject to a surcharge of € 50.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€.

upon request, additional linens will be provided in addition to those already included in the normal cleaning - The entire bedding set (top and bottom sheets + pillowcases), the entire bath set (small bidet sponge, medium face sponge and large shower sponge + shower mat will be provided), courtesy kit as the initial one. Cost: 30€/person.

The request for Cot and Highchair are subject to availability and have an additional cost of 10€/night

It is possible to deposit luggage at our Welcome Point in Budoni at a cost of 2.50€/luggage

Arrival between 00:00 and 01:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
