”Had a terrible stay but the supervisor took care of the problems when we checked out. We had stayed at the hotel before without an issue but daytime staff this time was not very helpful which made our stay uncomfortable.
We do praise the supervisor as he checked out our complaints and made a satisfactory response to our stay.”

”No contact check in. They did not send text for check in until day after my check in date. At 9PM is was DIFFICULT to do check in over phone. Twice, all I got was a voice mail. Don't stay here.”
