”Very well designed, but also rather small rooms. We didn't have a parking spot, but there was no difficulty parking on the street. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. All in all, we had a very nice stay.”

”I hate to be grumpy but this really was the worst experience I've had in Guerneville. People were partying until past 1:00am a few feet from our sleeping tent. There was no staff to ensure quiet hours (not sure if quiet hours even exist). I really don't mind people having fun but it was impossible to sleep for two nights in a row. It really did ruin the trip. I complained. They said the management would call. They never did. I stayed there because it was a bit cheaper than other places...

”When I rented this place, I thought each room was completely separate, but the walls between the rooms are very thin, so you can easily hear people in the room next door. The bed was also very noisy—I had to put the mattress on the floor to be able to sleep. There are very few photos of the property, and it really wasn’t what I was expecting. On the positive side, the place was very clean.”
