”The hotel didnt let us book one room for a family of 4, so we booked 2 rooms. However, when we got there, the front desk person told us it was no problem, they hae 2 queen beds in a room. But it was too late, the charge had already been made through expedia. But in the future, a couple with two kids, can stay in one room.
Hotel is 10min away from the airport and the shuttle runs every hour. It was perfect.”

”No mirror at all in the room
Closet so dark, needs light
Aircon is centralised so we couldn't sleep well because it's so hot! Apparently they increase the a/c temperature when the temperature is low - told them it's not low enough for us. Imagine being so hot you set the temperature to 16C, only to be told by reception 2 days after that the a/c was blowing hot air!
Bathroom needs - a tray for bits and pieces, Kleenex, check the back of toilet area coz always had puddles of water
