The unit had multiple issues and the property manager neglected to correct the issues in hand.
1. The toilet was broken when we arrived. We notified him immediately.
2. The shower had no pressure when we areived.
3. In the morning the shower had no water coming out. Not able to shower or use the toilet.
Contactes the manager incharge of the reservation
He does not reply to the messages and in the morning I try to get a hold of him and he blocked my number. I found him at his office located on the 8th floor l, the house keeper told me where he hides. His answer to me was very plain and clear. He told me that I had already paid for my stayed, so basically his only concer was to collect the funds and not worried about customers consern regarding the room falling apart. Very rude behavior from property manager, very bad management
They are on the business to fraude travelers and take their money is that simple. They need to reimburse my money thas the best they can do for not been responsible.
