The space
It is a premium apartment with all the comforts to feel better included than at home :) Nice, warm and very bright located in one of the most valuable historical areas of Buenos Aires.

- Check-in: After 16HS. If you arrive before that time, if you are cleaning, you can leave suitcases and remove keys. Pick up keys in security: 24/7.

- Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability of the moment, whether there is a reservation the night before or the day of departure. Please do not check this in advance: You can know the day before check-in or the day before check-out.

- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the entrance to the apartment in optimal condition with sheets and towels. Daily or other cleaning is not included daily or otherwise. It leaves 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with their pillows and blanket.
*Reservations of more than 1 month include 1 monthly mandatory cleaning.

- The building has security/ reception 24 HOURS a day

- Parking: There is parking half a block from the apartment. Address: Mexico 945.

- When making the reservation, we will ask you to send us an ID photo (ID or PASSPORT) of all those who stay via email. This is mandatory in order to enter the building.

- We do not make reservations outside of rental. Please don't check this out.

- Please note there is no night guard. We are an rental no hotel
