I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and deserves to be clearly exposed.
I made a reservation for March 29, 2026. Days before my arrival, I informed the host that my flight was delayed and that I would arrive on March 30. I requested a modification or cancellation, but this was refused, leaving me at risk of losing my money.
Due to further delays, I ultimately arrived at 2:00 AM on March 31. What happened next was completely unprofessional: there were no keys available, no host present, and no prior arrangement despite being told the keys would be left with the building guard. The guard had no information, and the host was completely unreachable. I called and sent multiple messages with no response.
At 2:00 AM, in a foreign city, I was left stranded with nowhere to stay. After waiting approximately 30 minutes with zero communication, I had no choice but to leave and urgently find alternative accommodation.
This is not just poor service — it is a complete failure of responsibility and basic hospitality. If you are hosting guests, especially international travelers, you must ensure access and communication. Anything less is unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund and strongly advise future guests to reconsider booking this property unless the host can guarantee reliability and accountability.
This situation caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses that could have easily been avoided with minimal professionalism
