Great location and view, quiet and fairly clean. Was not aware of the “no turn down” policy for under 5 night stays… also key use from app was frustrating because it didn’t work well. I had to try it many times over and over and restarting phone to use it. Can’t complain much due to the price for the location and view. Friendly as well. Thanks

The studio apartment is in pristine condition centrally located in a very walkable neighborhood. I can get a coffee breakfast grocery all within the block and it’s very safe. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back.

O hotel, melhor, o apart hotel é maravilhoso. Tudo organizado, confortável e possui uma localização estratégica. A vista da cidade depende muita da sorte ou não de vc pegar um andar nos pisos superiores. Ficamos no nono andar. Não foi ruim, mas tb não foi a exuberância que muitos comentam. Outra questão é por conta de quem precisa de garagem. O hotel só possui, no estacionamento ao lado, 4 vagas e depende da disponibilidade. Como não se tem como confirmar com antecedência, esse é um fator bastante preocupante. De resto, gostamos muito de tudo! Voltaremos!

It was ok the room. Walls dirty and some damages. Seems like they focused more on the upper pricy rooms, I can tell the difference because I stayed on the 2 floor apartment with the big balcony. The pictures don’t really look like the room. They tell you it had a city view but all you see is the building next to it, which they are offices and you can’t keep the blinds open because all the people from the other building can see you. No privacy at all. The walls are very thin you hear everything and let’s not talk about what you hear when you’re neighbors go to the bathroom!. Also on the other apartment I stayed I call the front office to tell them that the electric rooms in one of the room do not work so it was hard to sleep with them open. Well they told me we will send maintenance, they never showed up or call to tell me they where not coming or they where busy!. The next day I checked out they are texting me asking where I put the controls for the bottom room to close the blinds, well guess what that’s the reason I call the first time about the blinds not working and you never sent maintenance. All he said they where busy!. Really no apologies or communication to let me know this?????. Communication is horrible!!

Fantastic view from 42 floor with a balcony! Spacious, new, clean In the heart of the city, 2 blocks away from Colon Opera I could not see a nicer hotel in Buenos Aires, we walked a lot. Great personnel.

El lugar está bien ubicado, está limpio y cómodo, sin embargo no hacen la limpieza en todo el tiempo de la estancia, no hay suministro de papel higiénico ni agua para beber, a pesar de tener una cocineta que parece funcional y tampoco cuenta con calefacción lo cual en invierno es muy muy importante.

Esta cerca de todo y con fácil conexión, no necesitas tener auto, si lo tienes encontrar parqueo es fácil, pero en la calle estacionar es casi imposible en todo lugar. Vista inpresionante !!! No limpian los departamentos por menos de 6 días de alquiler, ósea prepárate para hacerlo tu !!!!

O empreendimento não é um hotel em si, então não dispõem de muitos serviços que um hotel te proporciona. A vista é realmente muito bonita, mas é só isso, as persianas estão emperradas e o quarto perde totalmente a privacidade, além disso, os outdoors da cidade fazem de suas noites verdadeiras baladas. O quarto é bom, mas é barulhento demais, os hóspedes são muito mal educados e você não terá paz, elevadores lotados e sujos, corredores sujos, os quartos ficam muito sujos e você não tem como fazer nada. Mas toda a equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, são educados e estão sempre a disposição. Cumpriram tudo que prometeram, apenas os utensílios de cozinha são contados, se planeje bem e leve sacos de lixo para você mesmo fazer as retiradas, funciona bem.

Room was ample and had all basic elements for cooking (although missing a microwave) and diner table. Only issue we had was that we booked with breakfast included but did not received it.

Pontos positivos do hotel: localização central e vista do quarto. Pontos negativos: checkout às 10 hs da manhã e não é feita limpeza diária nos quartos. A limpeza só é feita uma vez por semana (se vc permanecer para além desse período), o que também vale para a troca de toalhas e roupas de cama.
