The room is private, comfortable, and furnished with new furniture, designed so you have your own space and can feel right at home during your stay.

In addition to your private room, you’ll have access to the house’s common areas:

🍳 Shared kitchen: You can prepare your own meals and use the available kitchenware.

🧊 Space for your food: You’ll have a designated space in the pantry and refrigerator to conveniently store your groceries and personal food items.

🧺 Laundry: We have a washer and dryer so you can keep your clothes clean during your stay. (This service may incur an additional charge)

🛏️ Towels included: We provide 1 large bath towel and 1 hand towel per room.

🚿 Shared locker-style bathroom: The bathroom is spacious and features 3 showers, 3 individual toilets, and 3 sinks with mirrors. Each toilet and shower has its own private space.

Although its design may make it appear to be a communal bathroom, it is used on an individual basis: only one person uses the bathroom at a time, so you won’t have to shower or use the sink while someone else is inside. When a guest is using the bathroom, the others wait for them to finish before entering.

Furthermore, it is not shared with large groups of people. It’s usually used by only one or two guests in the house, depending on occupancy, and during some stays you may even find that you’re the only one using it.
