”Asiallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Yöllinen ruokakatu ja kalliimpi ravintolakatu aivan vieressä, silti rauhallinen. Metroasema ja isoja kauppakeskuksia kävelymatkan päässä. Kattokerroksessa uima-allas, melko vaatimaton tosin. Aamupala ei ollut kummoinen mutta saipahan päivän käyntiin. Ystävällinen virkailija otti vielä check-outin yhteydessä meille Grabin omalla puhelimellaan meille aamun varhaisina tunteina kun oma sovellus oli jumissa.”

”Overall very good experience with this hotel. I stayed for two nights and my room was clean. I noticed some small old stains in the bedding but otherwise nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is convenient. Good value for the price.”

”We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a clean hotel and room quite close to everything. The rooms have thin walls and we could hear everything from the connected room. The family staying there left their three under 10 years old kids alone for a night and the noise after 10 pm was awful. We called the reception but nothing happened. We weren't pleased with the reception staff at all (check in was VERY slowly etc.) but the security guys were great! The breakfast included in the price wasn't...

”Five star hotel, six star service! everything we needed/asked for was fulfilled. Big and comfortable room, huge selection of food in breakfast. Lovely hotel and staff, best location in Bukit Bintang.”

”Only positive thing in this hotel was the location - easy to arrive, even easier to depart. But, the staff is not aware of what customer service is - I knew the malaysian ain’t the friendliest in Asia, but these guys could still drop the bar (especially this dude Sahrum at the reception). The rate was higher that Hilton in Chow Kit, but the room was hot, AC was noisy af and the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever laid myself on. This hotel has mos def nothing to do with the term Royal.”

”Newly renovated, stylish rooms. Revovation still ongoing which would have been nice to know beforehand. Quite a loud drilling noice during the working hours. Comfy bed and great pool area & gym. Also liked breakfast. ”

”The location was good. Very close to the food streets and local attractions. The hotel had a very loud renovation that bothered us during the whole stay. The hotel had not informed us about it. During the renovation it was impossible to stay at the pool or sleep.”

”The apartment we stayed at was kept well, it was clean and spacious The owner was very attentative and helpful The location was perfect, within walking distance to Pavilion and other shopping centres. It is also surrounded by so many restaurants and corner stores to choose from One down side is the internet connection is very poor in the area as too many buildings in close proximity, do need to walk away from the building especially if need to book grab rides, search on internet or make phone...

”Having not been to Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur before, I was a little confused about finding the check-in, reception. The main entrance is inside the mall, at the far end of the East Wing on Level G. The room, while dated in furnishings, was extremely clean and spacious. Very easy access to the elevators, the suite came with both a double and a single bed, as well as full-sized bath and separate shower. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to KL.”
