”Golf course it’s amazing but that’s it. I can’t recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to do something else than only play golf.
It’s very basic resort hotel without any luxury. All the prices were 50% more than in Marriott Weligama.
We couldn’t get any spa times to booked, there’s absolutely nothing around the hotel, beach is not for swimming and there’s no restaurants or even sun beds at beach.
Half of the hotel facilities were closed and hotel would need some renowation. You can’t call...

”This is fabulous hotel! Very picturesque, clean, modern and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The pool is a great size with a modern gym. We stayed here for easy acess to Yala national park which is only about 20 mins away. ”

”My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience.
Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.”
What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay.

”Agreed by the whole family to be the best hotel and stay of our Sri Lanka & Singapore trip (overall we stayed at 11 different hotels of varying quality).
Can't really rave enough about this place. I wouldn't really call it a hotel - more like a luxury, boutique accommodation. Exceptional in every way.

- Service - exceptional, Upul is the only one who we knew by name but everyone was wonderful
- Pool - the hotel was full but there were rarely more than 4-5 people at the pool and even...

”Seemed the best hotel in the area. Room big with a terrace leading to the very attractive large pool with the lake and a tree house to climb. Monkeys about who were fun to watch. Breakfast more to Asian tastes than mine but French toast, potato’s, fruit and breads available.It was very quiet during our stay with more staff than guests! Good choice for Yala but recommend the wild edge restaurant opposite in the evening for a drink.”
