"The bed was very u comfortable, the mattress springs were poking into the body on side of the bed. We had one night stay as a journey stopover for sleep, I could sleep at all. Also there were only 2 plate and 2 cups and we were 3 of us."

"The place is very run down. Has what I believe permanent tenants. The place looks like floods have damaged the place and they have it up and running with new beds but have not bought the rest of the place up to an acceptable standard"
