”This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced.

”Amazing hotel. The views were incredible and a nice short walk into the town.
The restaurant (The Frame) service was not great. The gentleman at the bar greeted us very poorly (when we asked how he was he straight up said bad and was clearly overwhelmed with the 12 people with tables. He could not make the right drinks and had to call in help. They tried to make up by offering small plates but still ended up charging full price for everything including the wrong drinks.
