The North Wing features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room, dining room, and modern fully equipped kitchen. Large picture windows open onto the garden and offer an incomparable view of Montalcino. A large covered patio, or pergola, provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining, while a wood-fired barbecue area is ideal for relaxed evenings in the open air.
The South Wing offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has a wonderful authentic Tuscan atmosphere. It features a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a spacious Tuscan-style kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming environment for relaxing and enjoying time together.
A charming guest house completes the property. The upper floor is designed as a loft and features a wonderful master bedroom with private bathroom. On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with a stone-and-brick fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The ground floor also features a double bedroom with bathroom, enjoying a special view over the olive grove and swimming pool, located just below the cottage.
