”It wasn't a bad hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with free parking, this is not the hotel for you. Parking is a nightmare, but you can pay for valet. One of the valet member seemed disappointed to see me everyday and seemed happy when my trip was over although i never said much and spoke with kindness. The rooms are very clean, the bar is excellent as well as majority of the staff. It wasn't a terrible stay, but I probably will not be staying at the hotel again once I have another trip...

”It was clean but traveled awhile to get there. I don’t have a ton of money but wanted to give my son a fun weekend. The staff was pretty rude. He spilt a cup of water while we were checking in and I offered to clean it up but staff was really irritated. Then when I asked if we could check in early the receptionist said “absolutely not”. There were a few other instances where staff was pretty rude too. But overall it was really clean and great location.”

"Very old infrastructure, most textiles, floor mats etc. seem old and scruffy. The public spaces were well maintained and very nice. Excellent gym. Very good location for conference, can take clean city train to McCormick and avoid the dysmal public transit system."
