”Room was nice but in need of update, bed base was ripped and cushions were stale and in need of a wash. It was good to have a fully stocked fridge Bathroom was lovely and a good size. Breakfast was good but disappointing to have to pay for fresh coffee. The coffee in the table flasks was not the best. Overall hotel is nice and I have stayed here many times but could do with a few tweaks here and there.”

”This was one of the worst places for cleanliness we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately the cleaner is very young and has probably never been shown how to clean properly. The people who run the place obviously don't check the rooms properly. The towels smelt like they had been washed in cooking oil. One morning my husband asked for a clean cup as we could clearly see it was not clean and the person said whatever in a matter of fact way. I have plenty of photographs for evidence of this. ”
