”It was exactly what i was looking for an old inn in the country. Having pub attached I was hoping for night life . We were also there mid week. Looked like a lot of locals comes for dinner. Its not completely out of the way but you dont pass I dont think you would pass it on any driveby. Food was good. Large portions. Staff very friendly. Room clean. Single beds. Old skeleton key for room key. Nice touches through out.”

”A recently renovated room i think ( room 3) New bathroom- and powerful hot shower . Love the unusual wall paper! Room extremely clean and had all expected extras ( tea , coffee , biscuits ) No bath. (( if that’s your preference) Also located up stairs so some people may find that difficult. Easy access from courtyard and easy parking onsite. Fabulous breakfast. From bacon and sausage to avocado and sourdough. Great coffee and service prompt and friendly. ”
