All within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood itself exudes a sense of peace and showcases the natural beauty of Burlington. One onsite parking and two permitted street parking spaces available.
Little Maple House offers 4 bedrooms, a TV room/Office, a dressing room, and 3 1/2 baths, a side porch and a Sun Room, accommodating up to ten people, most comfortably for eight adults. The ground floor has a central hall colonial layout with the living, dining, kitchen spaces connected, a separate TV room/Office and a powder room. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and a baby grand piano. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Bedroom 1 Suite comes with its own bathroom featuring a Toto Washlet toilet. On the other side of the bathroom, there is the Dressing Room that opens to the Sun Room. The Dressing Room has a full/twin size futon for an additional sleeper. WiFi is available throughout.
