”The best and kindest staff! Made our stay spectacular!!!”

”Good location with restaurants and a museum nearby. Very clean. Ample street parking nearby. I would not choose this hotel again for one reason -the noise! My room overlooked the street. There was a bar across the street and there were rowdy customers spilling out late on a Sunday night that lasted for a while, then there was the traffic driving by and the garbage trucks that woke me in the morning. The windows are not soundproof enough so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place...

”We had the spacious 2 br residence. We were in floor 2. Just know this unit is close to the intersection so you can hear all music and loud cars, I probably would have asked for a higher floor but we stayed only one night. They do give you ear plugs in tgr room so I guess this was the hint of things to come for the night. I used them and eventually went to sleep. I guess for young ones the music in car noise is acceptable. It’s why they are staying at the Armory area. Room- excellent and...

”Nice park-side location. About a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. They have their own parking, so that is convenient. The "king size" beds seemed rather small to us.”

”The breakfast did not have many healthy options… no plain yoghurt only sweetened and full of coloring, no brown bread only white.. for a diabetic no options. Everything else was fabulous”

”Definitely not expecting what was provided for the price point. The hotel is in renovations but the rooms should not be rented. We had portable air con and beds which we booked not available. The breakfast was not enjoyable as felt uneasy about the entire experience.”

”We booked a room for graduation weekend. We left with no where to go within 30 minutes. This place was the dirty, smelly and poorly maintained. The room stunk like a hot boxed ash tray. You can tell one dirty rag was used to wipe all the surfaces. Almost everything was broken including the lock on the door. I just cant get past the smell....it stuck to us until we showered. Mind you we didnt even sit on one surface. There was a very sketchy crowd wandering around the building. The parking lot...

”The staff were very helpful. My only criticism would be the tiles in the bathroom floors. They need an upgrade in the grouting. The floors must have been recently washed as they were a bit slippery. Some new decorating would also help. Thankyou…”

”They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”

”Staff was great and helpful. The actual room was terrible and dirty. I don't think it was really the staff's fault. Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here.”
