The room was great! Tea, water and hot chocolate complementary in the room. Great restaurant with a separate pub. The staff were the major highlight!

The ground floor is being renovated, so reception is at The Kirkwall Hotel next door. So there is investment here. That being said, hopefully the rooms and floors are next.
