Check in was easy, a key safe outside the property although the entrance was down a dark alley and it was difficult to see without the torch on my phone. The room was ok, the walls and door definitely need a bit of tlc, but the bed linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a separate bathroom was a bit of an inconvenience, especially if you need a wee in the night. I arrived in the dark and there were quite a few people gathered outside the pub opposite who proceeded to make quite a lot of noise until about 1.30am and I was woken by seagulls at 5am so definitely take a pair of ear plugs and a mask. When I opened the blind in the morning I had a lovely view of a metal flue and a brick wall. There was no fridge for the milk provided and no hairdryer.

Great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, close to all amenities. Plenty of walking, local people are friendly. The Greek restaurant below was lovely food.

Quite a quirky property but noisey from the nearby pub especially on a Saturday night. The fire alarm early Sunday morning was not welcome, I presume a fault.

Awesome bank holiday stay
Amazing place to stay, central to all pubs, restaurants, and takeaways. There is a restaurant/takeaway on site, that has fabulous reviews. Will definitely stay again and recommend 5*

Lovely room. Spacious, with everything we needed and a really comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic too. Only issue was noise at night from the pubs but this is not the fault of the accommodation and was probably bad because of the Coronation weekend. Would still stay again.

Excellent Accommodation
An amazing stay. The staff were so welcoming and hugely accommodating to my requests. The rooms are really modern comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend a stay at Niks if you’re in Burry Port. I was visiting friends but next time I would maybe stay on longer and do some work the rooms were that nice and homey.

Spacious, convenient, with excellent communication
Only actually requiring a bed for two nights close to Pembrey circuit, I was impressed to find a characterful and well equipped self catering apartment, where I could happily have spent a much longer visit. I received very detailed instructions by text the day before which made access (via a key safe) easy and convenient. The on street parking was a bit busy but I found a space every time I needed it. The street scene outside, opposite a pub and takeaway, was quite lively, but quickly quietened down after midnight so I had a good night's sleep. Only regret is that I didn't have time to sample the restaurant.

Great room to stay
Lovely room with great decor. Very clean. Easy to find. Free parking right opposite and a lovely little restaurant just across the road.. the Hope and Anchor where we hsd a great fish supper. Unfortunately Whitfords restaurant was closed on Mondays when we were there, but look forward to trying that next time!

Comfortable and friendly
Very roomy and clean apartment. Free parking either on adjacent street of free car park 3mins walk away. The Greek restaurant downstairs was excellent, try to book as they get busy. Some noise from local pub down the road but ok after 11. Would definitely use again.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment that has everything we needed. Food at Nik the Greek downstairs was fantastic, as was cafe Lolfa opposite. We parked on the road just round the corner which was ideal. We got a text with instructions for the key safe the day before so all went smoothly. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach.

We received your reservation for room 1 through Expedia, and you were sent contactless check-in details for room 1, which was set up to your requirements. Could you please contact us to let us know what leads you to believe you were given the wrong room, as we don’t allocate rooms? We are in the Greek restaurant downstairs from 12-10pm, and provided you with out of hours contact details; did we miss your communication? We’d like to resolve this matter. Snug in Burry
Great room and much larger than expected with sofa and bench table and chairs. Well furnished with a very comfortable large bed. A few minor points, that didn't diminsh the enjoyment of our stay, like the bathroom door desperately needs it's hinges fixed. The Greek restaurant below the flat does excellent food at reasonable prices...well worth a visit.

Comfortable stay
Really nice little apartment. Very modern furnishings, warm, quiet and plenty of space. The apartment is above a Greek restaurant and has contact free key collection. Sadly the restaurant does not open on Mondays, as the menu looks delicious!

Ozy but let down by outside
Cozy and clean room. Not great communication on check in with new no contact check in. Room was nice but lots of shouting and drunken violence from below the room and outside on the street due to location between multiple pubs.

Great studio
Fab place - central to everything. Quirky studio but had everything you needed. Staff friendly and foid in Greek restaurant downstairs was amazing. Will certainly return.
