”Great communication from the host. Property was well presented & had everything we needed. Weather was hot but fans provided. Shower started hot, then went cold, then warm. Not a problem when it was so hot but could have been a shock if it was cooler weather. Would recommend the cottage.”

”We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!”

”The room was clean and spacious. As it was meant for 1 disabled person we requested extra towels, pillows, and cups and glasses, which were all brought to the room straight away. All staff were very helpful throughout our stay, making it very friendly and comfortable. I even had immediate help with charging my car. Excellent.”

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”Room was up in the roof. There was a air cooling unit, but we had to fill it up ourselves, but with the window open it was still way too hot and too much noise from golfers on the terrace. Didn't sleep.”

”We had a cool room and the shower worked. It’s great that the Jephson has parking unfortunately we parked in the street on Saturday - very busy. Walking distance from the centre of Leamington with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.”

”We had a deluxe room on the second floor. It was extremely hot - due to the temperature outside being 33 degrees - we did have a fan but no air con. Nice shower and coffee machine and kettle. Small TV but comfortable, clean room in general. Staff were all polite and efficient. Breakfast was good and bar facilities were also good. The Hotel was well situated for visiting where we wanted to go - about 20 miles from Coventry and about 20 miles from Woodstock and about 10 miles from Farmer's Dog and...
