We held a family reunion here and everyone commented how nice the place is, how fun all the games & activities were and how everyone felt right at home. ”The Howdy Ranch was everything we needed… From the moment we stepped foot on this property til the time we left it was perfect. The pictures and descriptions are true. The fridge and pantry were stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing and exposing our pup to the cattle and deer that visited us each afternoon. Looking forward to visiting again soon.”

”We had a fabulous day in this home that is so beautifully decorated! They thought of so many little details, including everything you could want in the kitchen to cook. The grounds are immaculate and really do make you feel like you’re in Italy. The host was responsive and helpful, and we will definitely be back again! Highly recommend.”

It was immaculately clean, perfectly decorated and the bed was SO comfortable. I wish we had longer to linger on the private back patio and take in the gorgeous scenery. ”Overall, we had a great stay. The house was in great shape in the interior. We had a few issues, but overall the host was responsive. The listing had mentioned a hot tub, but there was not one present. The host was unaware that it was listed on VRBO as having one. I couldn't ever connect with the Wifi, but after it was reset, my husband was able to. I still couldn't receive phone calls. The space was perfect for what we needed. Lots of cute personal touches. You can tell the owners really care...

”Beautiful property close to round top! We went with our 1 year old and another family and their 2 year old. The kids loved the pool and the open floor plan of the house made it easy to keep an eye on them. Amanda thought of everything stocking the house with toiletries, cooking supplies and smores kit. Adorable welcome gift. Nothing but positive things to say about the house. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

”This was our groups second time to stay, so that should say something! Gracious hosts! Great location for all the fun and shopping around Roundtop. Full kitchen, very comfortable sleeping for 6, nice bathrooms, and the homemade breakfasts each morning are the icing on the cake. Highly recommend, and we hope to return again next year!”
