”We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. There was a good choice of food for both breakfast and dinner, cooked to a high standard. Our room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of comfort throughout our stay. The only downside was that some of the furniture felt a little tired and could benefit from an update, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. ”Visited as we had a family funeral with the wake being held at the Bannatyne hotel. As a family we couldn’t recommend it more, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with great choice for everyone. Would definitely stay again.”

”A lovely setting unfortunately full of golfers but as it's a golf club it is to be expected 😀 We had a car accident the day before we were due to leave and the lovely receptionist Anna was so helpful with giving us a free extended checkout time. The room was lovely, I wasn't overly overwhelmed by the menus available but the breakfast choices were excellent. All in all we had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend Dale Hill”

Välillä kysyttiin heti haluammeko teetä vai kahvia ja mitä mahdollisesti haluamme "hot menusta". Välillä saimme odotella pitkään ennen tuota kysymystä pöytään ohjaamisen jälkeen. Henkilökuntaa oli paljon, mutta aikaa oli seisoskella ja katsella, mutta 3 päivää viidestä palvelu oli todella hidasta.”

”Well, this is England and many things differs from Nordic style so we were very satisfied and understand and accept differencies. Corridors and public areas are very stylish but also little bit old fashioned..full carpets etc. and f.ex. why to have hot and cold water valves separated?.. Nice hotel anyway, nice location!”
