”Fantastic Hotel. We’ve used it a few times now. Very clean, big rooms and comfy beds. My father in-law left his jacket in his room, he only realised when we had got home. The staff located it and put it somewhere safe until we got Royal Mail sorted to do a pick up. Very happy with the service. All staff friendly and helpful ”

”Amazing stay, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and en-suite. The lodge is detached from a large house but there is dedicated access and the location is perfect! Just round the corner from Heaton Park, which is a lovely bonus. If you want some autonomy and the ability to cook, this is fantastic, one of the best stays I have had and I travel a lot.”

”Room was quite big and beds were very good. There was iron in room, also electric kettle ja coffee. Nice bathroom, expect shower without pressure and not hairdryer there (it was possible to loan from reception). Good connections by tram, around until midnight.”

”Staff were nice, the room was well-furnished for the price (included towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel). The room had a hairdryer, kettle, mugs, with milk/tea/sugar etc. It also had a TV, with a Netflix account already provided. The Google reviews seem to be outdated/don't match, as we were right next to the stairs and didn't hear any noises. It has wifi and the keycard made for easy and secure access. There's street parking around and an RCP carpark near it, plus a bus stop 20 second walk away....

”Great hotel close to city centre (20min walk from AO arena) Spacious room, comfortable bed, superb rainfall shower, pleasant and friendly staff. Didn’t stop for breakfast but looked impressive. Would definitely recommend hotel and will return next time we are attending a gig.”

”Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”
