”Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

”We had a suite which was miles from reception up and down stairs plus the signage was poor and confusing. Reception had a care less attitude when I overheard another guest explaining their issue. Equally they didn’t care that someone had been smoking in our room and cigarette ash was on the carpet and the window frame. The bed throw was disgusting and not to be explicit I’ll leave it at that. ”

”Excellent facilities, easy check in, clean & comfy rooms, quiet at night. ALL the staff are exceptional, very friendly, nothings to much trouble. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.”
