”Overall the stay was good. FOOD Food was nice, STAFF friendly enough staff although slow at responding and serving reception. FACILITIES The outside pool needs love as a lot of tiles missing leading to being uncomfortable if rubbed against or sat on. Area around pool appears unsafe but don't worry they have put black and yellow tape over the uneven decking so I guess all is good. Not!!! ”We had an enjoyable stay at tbe hotel and had a fabulous breakfast. The room was tidy however we found a capsule of some sort of medication under the bed and the fire alarm went off in tbe morning and noone came t9 check or inform us of a test.”

”My first room had a broken safe and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. They gave me a new room that was ok. The next day there was no cleaning at all. When coming back to the hotel at six pm, I asked them to do it. Reluctantly, they told me that "they will do their best". Their best was that the bed was made and towels delivered, but there was no water, the trashbins had been not emptied, and no liquid soap had been replenished. The hotel corridors were littered and carpets stained....

”Nice hotel, delicious breakfast & the spa area was very nice. The bed is tiny and the blue light that comes out of the usb portal right next to the bed was very annoying. When you try to sleep in the middle of the night & the light is shining right in your face. ”
