”The service was very friendly. The room was a wonderful Riverview suite with a balcony. The views of the city were great! The hotel breakfast was great and of high quality, as was the rooftop bar on the top floor and the cocktail bar on the street level. The hotel facilities were very clean and modern. The location is also great, right next to the Thames.”

”I had a wonderful stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. The location is perfect, with stunning views of Tower Bridge and easy access to everything. The suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A truly comfortable and luxurious experience — I would definitely stay again!”

”I arrived early and the check in was ok at first. Later when I came back to receive my room key I didn’t like the way the the situation was handled. The receptionist didn’t communicate at all, I didn’t know what was happening. Hotel at this level should be very customer friendly and that was not the situation here.
The room was on the lowest level and I didn’t really see anything from the window, so I kept the curtains shut all the time.
