”Good location, very kind service, maybe little bit too thin windows at room”

”Felt welcomed from the outset, the text message from tess who checked me in, was a lovely little gesture and the only thing that let the room down, was the blueberries that were left in the fridge, rest of the room was excellent, shower lovely and powerful, apart from the blueberries, would definitely recommend it to anyone, and I will definitely be staying here again ”

”New, convenient hotel in a good location and easy access to Manchester Piccadilly train station. From the negative side we did not receive any information prior to arrival that checkin and payment can only be done online even though there is a checkin counter at the hotel. Minor annoyance. Bigger annoyance was that we had a three bedroom apartment and only one bed was made. ”

”Hotellin sijainti on erittäin hyvä; keskellä kaupunkia lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista/kahviloista/kaupoista ja ihan juna-aseman vieressä. Huone siisti, mutta kovin pieni. ”

”5 star hotel should have rooms without floor-floor carpets that are always dirty and dusty no matter how you try to clean them. You should have allegry rooms or rooms with wooden/stone floors ”

”Always enjoy staying at the Radisson, but this is the second time that I have had to ask for the bottle of wine that Expedia rewards Silver members with. This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. Room for improvement on customer service.”

”Hotelli on hyvätasoinen ja siisti. Varsinkin penthouse oli oikein mukava. Sisustus on erikoinen ja seinilä runsaasti eroottista taidetta. Ympäristöstä kannattaa pistää merkille se, että hotelli sijaitsee keskellä Gay-villagea. Alue kuitenkin rauhallinen. perusaamiainen lähes olematon. Tilaten saa englantilaisen aamiaisen.”

”This is a great hotel. The location is perfect for accessing public transport. We've stayed here before so knew what to expect. We didn't use the restaurant this time, but it looked and smelt very good. Our room this time was lovely, good size, tastefully decorated and had everything we could have wanted. The only negative is the lack of staff of an evening at the bar. On both nights we were ignored for 5 minutes, other people were getting quite frustrated too. Lots of dirty glasses on tables...

”The hotel is generally very good and the staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are also comfortable though could do with some attention. The base of the bed was ripped. chunks out of the wall etc. Nothing that can't be fixed but slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay.”
