”New, convenient hotel in a good location and easy access to Manchester Piccadilly train station. From the negative side we did not receive any information prior to arrival that checkin and payment can only be done online even though there is a checkin counter at the hotel. Minor annoyance. Bigger annoyance was that we had a three bedroom apartment and only one bed was made. ”

”Hey there! I recently stayed at this apartment for a day and wanted to share my experience. The apartment was really spacious and budget-friendly, which is great. However, there was a bit of noise coming from the corridor or maybe from upstairs, I'm not entirely sure. But despite that, I still think it was worth my money. Overall, I had a good stay, though the deposit amount was a bit high. I am still waiting for my refund, so I hope to receive it soon. Thank you for your help!”

”Lovely apartment with everything needed, water and milk in fridge and even a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Only down side was 2 double beds with no option of twins but happily provided more bedding for one of our teenagers to bunk on the sofa. So close to town and more than happy to hold our bags on arrival and departure. Actually turned up at 10 and said they would call when the room was ready and got a call in less than 5mins. Lovely spacious apartments woild definitely book...

”I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs.”

”I had booked a room without a window and upgraded. It was a lovely large double aspect room. The noise from the road both traffic and construction work was fierce. I will return but will ensure I have a room without a window. It will be quieter and I will get sleep. Breakfast was okay. Orange juice was lovely. I was down for 7.30am when it starts.
