”Stayed for one night due to early departure the following morning. Very nice comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Take some snacks for yourself if you are going though. £4.99 for a snickers….mental. Top travel tip walk to the vending machine 2 minutes down the corridor at the bus station 😁”

”5 star hotel should have rooms without floor-floor carpets that are always dirty and dusty no matter how you try to clean them. You should have allegry rooms or rooms with wooden/stone floors ”

”Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen mikäli tulee lentokentältä julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla. Lisäksi kaikki tärkeät palvelut sijaitsevat kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Itse hotelli huoneessa oli erittäin huono äänieristys, sillä tavallinen puhe käytävältä kuului selkeästi sisälle. Huone oli perus siisti, wc oli mielestäni epämielyttävä. Meidän huone oli ilmeisesti sopiva liikuntavammaisille henkilöille, tästä johtuen joka puolella oli tukikahvoja. Seinästä roikkui hälytys naru sekä seinässä oli...

”This is a great hotel. The location is perfect for accessing public transport. We've stayed here before so knew what to expect. We didn't use the restaurant this time, but it looked and smelt very good. Our room this time was lovely, good size, tastefully decorated and had everything we could have wanted. The only negative is the lack of staff of an evening at the bar. On both nights we were ignored for 5 minutes, other people were getting quite frustrated too. Lots of dirty glasses on tables...

”My first room had a broken safe and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. They gave me a new room that was ok. The next day there was no cleaning at all. When coming back to the hotel at six pm, I asked them to do it. Reluctantly, they told me that "they will do their best". Their best was that the bed was made and towels delivered, but there was no water, the trashbins had been not emptied, and no liquid soap had been replenished. The hotel corridors were littered and carpets stained....
