”Staff very friendly, locked carpark at night so safe, room walls are sloped so have to be carefull especially men using toilet. Coffee and tea available in room. Clean towels and bed sheets, beds were a bit springy for my liking but was only for a few hours sleep so not a problem. Bit of a musty smell in hallways again not a major issue. Price was cheap which was ok as only needed it for a few hours sleep before going to airport which if your driving was about 11 mins away.”

”The hotel and location are fine. Not having any hot water wasn't. I arrived at the hotel after travelling in the evening. I went to take a shower after traveling but there was only cold water. Staff downstairs more interested in their phone screen than working”

”Good sized clean room with bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shared lounge and kitchen area too. Excellent location for Luton airport, only about 7ish minutes drive. Off road parking was helpful too. Would highly recommend for an airport stopover.”

”Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Breakfast was very limited to a full English breakfast. I am personally limited to what I am able to consume.
There was only one disabled parking place close to the entrance, which during my stay, was occupied by an expensive vehicle with no Blue Card on display.
For a client of my limited ability, I found the entrance steps difficult to navigate, would have preferred to have had a hand rail, to assist navigation of the entrance steps.”

”Hyvä, toimiva hotelli lähellä Lutonin lentoasemaa (ei lennetä Suomesta). Minulle hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, kun olin päämiehen koulutuksessa. Tämä yritys sijaitsee noin 500 mpäässä. Henkilökunta oli ammattitaitoista ja ystävällistä. Ruoka hyvää ja hintataso mieluinen.”
