”On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. ”

”The Andel Lodge was a gem of a find! My sister and I stayed there on Tuesday 19th May and we were so impressed with everything! The decor was lovely, everywhere was spotlessly clean and our twin room was so cute! The staff were great, especially Theresa who really looked after us well, along with our aunt, uncle and cousin who were also staying there as we had a family funeral to go to. ”I never received any check-in information from the guest house, and I had to call them twice before I could get in. All the keys were just hanging there in the lobby with no staff around, I could've gone into any room I wanted. Once that was done though, the room was nice if tiny, and the bed was comfy. "Hotellilla oli kaksi kertaa palohälytys. Toinen oli 02:00 yöllä ja heräsin kesken unien palohälytykseen. Kerroin molemmilla kerroilla hotellin henkilökunnalle asiasta, mutta en saanut heiltä mitään tietoa asiasta. Lisäksi huoneen ilmastointilaite ei toiminut, ei voinut säätää lämpötilaa. Tämän myös ilmoitin kahteen kertaan, ja henkilökunta sanoi ilmoittavansa asian huollolle. Mutta eivät tienneet mitään, kun kyselin uudestaan. Laite ei toiminut kokl majoitukseni aikana. "
