It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. It was a bit tricky finding the location initially, this is the only thing that could be improved. We would highly recommend this villa. I...

”We went from Malcesine on the ferry to Limone and drove up north to Riva del Garda and south to Simione and even took a cooking class…wish we had more time…we will visit again.”

”The view from the patio was amazing. The villa was large, well appointed, very clean, and beautiful. The pool was a nice addition and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Would highly recommend. ”

”It was a perfect location for a group of 11-13 people. Beautiful, very large garden with lots of privacy, BBQ area and a lovely pool. Directly at lake Garda, we could use the private jetty for swimming and fishing. Large living rooms (a separate one first floor), and many bedrooms. Sufficient parking space for several cars. Minor tip for improvement: the washing machine in the cellar is great, but adding a dryer would make it really complete. Toscolano is an ideal location for all kind of trips...

”Beautiful well equipped and immaculately maintained villa in lovely location with incredible views. We were a family of 6 adults and one infant and the villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to enjoy with many lovely seating areas. Renate our host was the best host you could ever hope for. The communication throughout was fantastic and she was so helpful, assisting us with our plans for what to do for our stay. Would certainly recommend. ”

”The views at the villa are breathtaking and better than the photos. The pool was perfect for our group of two families with kids ages 6-9. The walk to town was short but down a steep hill - other routes to town were available that were not as challenging. We fell in love with Gargnano - the people, the restaurants, the views, the gelato. Novella was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had and the check in process was very easy.”

Die Aussicht auf den Gadarsee ist traumhaft.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und war sehr sauber.Der Check-in erfolgte problemlos.Der Vermieter war leider nicht über die Fe-Wo-App erreichbar, sondern nur per WhatsApp.Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist vorteilhaft, dennoch sollte man beim Befahren des Grundstücks sich vorher überlegen, wie man auf das Grundstück fährt, da die Einfahrt durch die Hanglage eine scharfe Kante hat.Der Strandbesuch dauert zu Fuß bergab...

”Lemon House is lovely in a very peaceful location on the mountain side. The 3 separate units allowed everyone to have their own space while the outside eating areas and pool were perfect for the group to gather. The villa was close to the local down where it was easy to get the ferry to other towns on the lake. Samanta was available to answer any questions and graciously organized a chef to prepare a delicious meal for us, which was a highlight of the trip. The chef and his assistant were...

”Das Haus war nicht beschrieben das zwei von drei Schlafzimmer im Keller waren, tatsächlich Keller!!! Dunkel, nass.... Verschimmelte Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen.... Echt schlimm. Es worden keine Abhilfe geschaffen. FürPersonen ”

”Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre. Der Zugang ist nur mit dem Auto möglich -...

”Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 5 Schlafzimmern und jeweiligem Bad im Zimmer viel Platz. Es gibt eine große moderne Küche und einen separaten Fernsehraum. Der Außenbereich am Weinberg ist ansprechend inklusive Gartenmöbel und Grill. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem Tor mit Fernbedienung gesichert. Von Rovereto aus lassen sich mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (z.B. Verona) schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Wohnung für 10 Personen, aber nur ein...

”For the second time we had a very nice and relaxing stay in this excellently equipped house in Bogliaco. Only a few meters from the lake and with a beautifull view. We definitely come back to this lovely place!”

"An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station. The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day. The hotel is located quite far from the old town of Riva del Garda, but walkable. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was good. Only minus of the very poorly soundproofed door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water). Would stay here again!"
