Haluavat vieraiden tietysti ruokailevan hotellissaan. Sululta (lock) menee hyvä kävelyreitti Oxfordiin tai voi hypätä jokilaivan kyytiin, jolloin pääsee noin 40 minuutissa perille.”

I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast.
