”Everything was really beautiful There is no staff at check in so when I couldn’t find the message containing the code to get in I had to call and had to leave a voicemail. Thankfully I did finally find it because I never did get a call back. Otherwise a beautiful property close to the square and abita cafe which was amazing ”

”This is a beautiful property that has some areas being renovated thus were under construction. The pool was not available for use due repairs. My room window shade was broken and could not be pulled down to block the light. Though I had the above mentioned issues, my overall experience at this hotel was good. I would definitely use this property again.”

”There was no WiFi. There wasn’t a coffee maker or cups. When checking out, the woman behind the glass said that the Health Department instructed them to remove cups and coffee makers and irons. I didn’t understand this. I could not get into the lobby: it was locked. I had to do everything through a teller-like window. This made me think that this was not a safe place. I expected much better from a Wyndham-sponsored hotel and was very disappointed. The beds were clean. The woman was nice.”
