Bluewater Retreat - Pet-Friendly Coastal Oasis

The Space:

Set in a peaceful coastal pocket near Geographe Bay, this welcoming home blends relaxed comfort with easy family living. Two spacious living areas filled with natural light offer plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re gathering for movie nights, enjoying quiet mornings with a coffee, or unwinding after a day at the beach. Both lounges include TVs, making it easy for families and groups to relax at their own pace.



At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for easy holiday meals. A pod coffee machine helps start slow mornings with ease, while the adjoining dining area creates a relaxed space for shared breakfasts, long lunches, or casual dinners after a day outdoors.



The expansive enclosed backyard is designed for easy outdoor living. Fire up the BBQ for alfresco dinners, enjoy an afternoon drink in the fresh sea air, or let children and pets play safely across the generous lawn. The fully fenced yard makes the space especially well-suited to families travelling with pets.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for flexible group stays, with each offering clothing storage for added convenience. The primary and second bedrooms each feature a king bed, with the primary also offering a private ensuite. The third and fourth bedrooms each include trundle beds with two singles, ideal for children. Please let us know if you would like the extra trundle beds made up. A second bathroom and laundry facilities add extra convenience for longer stays.



Air conditioning is available in the kitchen and second lounge area only, with two portable fans provided for additional comfort during warmer months. Please note that while the bathrooms have been fully renovated, the rest of the house retains its cosy, comfortable charm.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourself at home!



The Neighborhood:

You're staying in Broadwater, a peaceful coastal suburb nestled along the calm, crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay, just minutes from Busselton's town centre. The beaches here are known for their soft white sands and gentle waves, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, or relaxing by the shore. A nearby boat ramp makes it easy to get out on the water, and Tonic by the Bay bar and restaurants are just a short drive away for a relaxed meal or drink by the sea. For a bit of activity, Broadwater Par 3 Golf Course and Flametree Wines are close by, while the Busselton Museum, just a nine-minute drive away, offers a fascinating glimpse into the region's rich colonial and maritime history. And no visit is complete without a stroll along Busselton's iconic Jetty, which is only about ten minutes by car.

Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is just a 15-minute drive away



Public transport: Public transport in Broadwater is limited, so having a car is strongly recommended

Pet Policy

This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved before arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.
