”Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing.
Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...

”Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased.
The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again.”

”What's there not to love about Broadwater Resort!! Great location with cosy reception. Kind and courteous staff. The units are well set out among leafy trees, with easy walking pathways. I was especially impressed with the Tonic restaurant, cafe and bar. They have a delicious menu with plenty of comfortable seating. And what better way to enjoy fitness, alternating from the outdoor cold pool into the heated pool. Followed by a nice stroll along the beach. I look forward to my next visit here.”

”It's a family friendly resort; we booked 2 bedrooms for 2 days stay in Busselton. Beds are comfy, room is clean, check in staff was friendly and easy to check in. Rooms are nice. It was perfect for big family. I would recommend to book resort this resort.”
