”Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing.
Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...

”The coolest and most comfortable glamping experience! Outside of town but so worth the extra drive to be embedded in nature. Beautiful highland cows and kangaroos on the property. The tent itself was lovely, most comfortable bed ever, and great water pressure! Would go back”

”Grea value for money. Surprised at spacious villa; expected one room with bed, seating area with couch/tv & kitchenette with courtyard & got separate bedroom from seating/tv area & kitchenette with private courtyard.
Super well kept grounds, lovely setting with paths, garden beds & larger plants/bushes scattering throughout.
Staff very welcoming in all areas. Bar/restaurant nice decor & excellent staff. Great food & drink with discount to guests.
Own allocated parking bay to room. Very short...

”The customer service was outstanding Kelly was amazing and ease of check in and check out was incredible.
The chalet was sufficiently supplied with great kitchen utensils and Bathroom etc with high quality Shampoos and Conditioners etc.
The only thing that failed was the chalet was not cleaned and there is black mould in the bathroom and toilet, floor also needed to be swept and moped, especially for the price we paid.
Would stay again if it was cheaper.”
