”Very easy to check in and check out. Didn’t like that there wasn’t any water to make tea or coffee, yoghurt 20 days out of date. Coffee machine gave 25mls and coffee shot each time pressed…..very strong!!!! However one area of service does not deter me not to stay again. I hope the problems have been rectified.”

”The room was modern and beautifully designed. Staff were professional and helpful. Very close to many restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre.
Twisties under the bed were visible on arrival. Cleaning staff may need to be reminded to look and clean under beds.”

”An attractive modern complex. Our studio was clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed.
We were disappointed the reception staff didn't tell us about the free bus and the bus stop 2 mins walk from the door. It only takes 5 mins into the mid city, where you can swop to other free buses.
