”Great location, clean room friendly staff.”

”The location at Smiths Beach Resort is amazing, with a beautiful beach close by. Unfortunately, our stay began with a disappointing check-in. We had specifically booked a poolside room, only to be told it was unavailable and we had been “upgraded” to a larger unit at the back of the property. More space wasn’t an upgrade when it meant losing the location we had chosen. After pressing to have our booking honoured, we were moved to a beautiful poolside room with an amazing view. It was exactly...

”Totally Amazing ! Thank you so much ! SO clean, SO professional, SO helpful & kind - Beautiful Grounds, Lovely Pool !!!”

”Room was dusty. Expensive for what it was. Booked through Expedia and it gives you total amount in American dollars not Australian”

”Tilavat, siistit huoneet. 3 makuhuoneen villassa oli kaikki tarvittavat keittiö- ja kylpyhuone varusteet, pore-allas, parveke ja ulkogrilli. Kylän kaikki palvelut kävely etäisyydellä.”

”The breakfast is awful”

”Excellent staff, very friendly Resort amenities are extremely well maintained. Pool areas very clean and plenty of sunbeds with good shade. Restaurants and bars very good.”

”Excellent staff Beautiful rooms and extremely clean, the bath in the bedroom looking over the vineyards was amazing!”

”not terrible but very expensive for a room full of moths (i killed 40+ over the course of my 3-night stay). had to get the cleaning staff to mop the bathroom floor because it was covered in dead moths. five or so dead flies on the landing to the stairs for a couple of days (how did the staff not notice? i was going to tell them upon checking out but the receptionist was on the phone. whatever). the noise from the bar is all-pervasive, and it stops circa 9.30pm which is kind of OK but for how...

”Property was amazing and peaceful”

”It was a wonderful place, rich in nature and close to a beautiful sea. The staff were kind and helpful.”

”Stay was good but they need to regularly service the rooms. We stayed for 7 nights and the room wasn’t serviced once. Also, they have charged me twice for the room and the response after questioning this and wanting to be reimbursed is crickets. Looks like I will have to put on a dispute through my bank and get them to chase it down for me.”

”everything was 100%”

”good”

”Great little holiday park, perfect for families”

”It was wholesome experience. Lost in nature”

”The staff was very friendly and check in/out processes were fast and easy. The room was clean. I like the layout of the room in relation to the furniture. There's about 2 meters separating the units, which gives some privacy.”
