The Space:

Comfortable furnishings create an inviting place to gather after a day at the beach, while the adjoining balcony extends the living space outdoors. This is the ideal spot for morning coffee overlooking the water or relaxed evenings around the barbecue as the sun sets across the bay. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a coffee machine, making everything from leisurely breakfasts to shared dinners easy to prepare. The home's accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. Upstairs, the primary bedroom welcomes you with stunning ocean views and a king bed, allowing you to start each day surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Dunsborough's famous blue waters. The convenience of an ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe adds a touch of extra privacy to your stay. The second bedroom with a cosy queen bed serves as a serene retreat, complete with its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to the deck, where you can soak in the fresh morning breezes and captivating views. Downstairs, you'll find another queen bedroom and a fourth room featuring a queen bed and a single bed, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for everyone. This level is also equipped with a third full bathroom, thoughtfully designed for your comfort.



Additional conveniences include a laundry, ample room for storing holiday gear, and generous parking space, including room for a boat. With the local boat ramp nearby, beaches within walking distance and the town centre only moments away, the home is perfectly positioned for both coastal adventures and laid-back days close to home.

The property is very well located and within a 5-minute walk of Dunsborough town centre. Dunsborough is a well-established tourist town in the Margaret River region and is an ideal base to tour the region

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Pet Policy

This property is pet-friendly, with a $94 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted on furniture or inside bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time—this means they must accompany you throughout your stay. Please note that noise restrictions still apply if pets are left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.
