Tranquil Waters tarjoaa tilavan kodin, joka on ihanteellinen koko perheelle nauttimaan etelän tuntureista Quindalupin rannan kristallinkirkas vesi. Kun Dunsboroughin keskusta on vain lyhyen 5 minuutin ajomatkan p��ässä, voit nauttia rauhallisista iloista kuuntelemalla aaltoja, jotka kaatuvat rannalle vain muutaman metrin päässä, kun nautit juomasta tai BBQ: stä ylimmällä parvekkeella.

Hyödynnä avointa vettä ja Quindalupin veneluiska vain 750 metrin päässä. Tule veneellesi tai vesiskootterillesi päivittäin ja nauti upeista kalastus- ja vesiurheilumahdollisuuksista alueella. Suuret ajoradat ja helppo pääsy takapihalle tekevät majoituspaikasta ihanteellisen veneiden ja perävaunujen varastointiin loman aikana.

Rauhallisilla vesillä on 3 makuuhuonetta pohjakerroksessa ja makuuhuone toisessa kerroksessa. 2 makuuhuonetta alakerrassa on kerrossängyt ja yhden hengen vuoteet, ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Olohuone on saatavilla 3 alakerrassa olevan makuuhuoneen välillä alakerrassa, ja siellä on yhdistetty kylpyhuone / pesula. Makuuhuoneessa yläkerrassa on queen-vuode, käänteisen syklin ilmastointi ja oma kylpyhuone.

Top tarina on avokeittiö / ruokailutila / loungearea, jossa on k��änteinen ilmastointi ja puupalo. Keittiössä on kahvinkeitin, kaasuliesi, sähköuuni ja astianpesukone. Liukuovet johtavat edessä olevaan parvekkeeseen, josta on näkymät Quindalupin rannalle. On ulkouima-allas ja grillausmahdollisuus nauttia kesäiltoista meren tuulessa.

Ulkopuolisia lemmikkejä pidetään tässä kiinteistössä ja se on täysin aidattu.

Great winter get away.

The family and I had a great time. The home was well setup for our visit and in a beautiful location. We visited over winter and fireplace was a treat! I can see this home also being in a great spot during the summer.

Easy stay.

Great location with lovely view from balcony combined with privacy by beautiful large trees. Easy checkin with lock box.Ample parking, great large back yard, however no shelter for pets if you brought them with. Beach across the road and jetty a short walk for kids to fish.Property is older and would benefit from an appliance upgrade. Oven was very slow to heat. Upstairs fire was a lovely bonus, however no heating down stairs made downstairs lounge cold and unuseable during our stay in june. Having appropriate wood to light fire would have been nice. - no paper firelighters or kindle. Wood was also stored outside and very damp from recent rain.

The house is situated in Quindalup - away from the busier end of Dunsborough. We were right opposite the beach, the front gardens are lovely, with a huge back yard, which was well secured for our tiny dog. We enjoyed the sunset from the big upstairs balcony, as we watched the local wildlife and birds. The house was well laid out with plenty of space, rooms and towels for everyone. A very enjoyable stay!

Less than a 10 minute drive from the wide range of shops and food outlets in Dunsborough. On arrival, there was no electricity to about a third of the house, but quickly resolved by opening the meter box and flicking the necessary switch. The bottle of red wine greeting our arrival was very much appreciated, thank you.

Very comfy beds and furniture, a fireplace that worked well plus air-conditioning, lovely big enclosed backyard for our dog and located right on the dog beach and walk trail. Its a quiet area but close to town. We appreciated the nespresso machine and the complimentary bottle of local wine. The property managers are very professional and great to deal with, highly recommend.

A wonderful location for a family holiday. A very peaceful place. There were no additional blankets for the cold nights, luckily I brought extra. Previous holiday makers did not pooper scoop after their pets. Otherwise we had a great vacation.
