Please note - the jetty can accommodate a 12m boat, but marina depth must be checked prior to moving the boat from the ramp to the property jetty due to fluctuations in tides and water depth.

- Pet stay conditions - ensures a safe, respectful, and clean environment for all guests while allowing pet owners the opportunity to travel with their furry companions. 
- To keep everyone comfortable and meet City of Busselton short-stay regulations, please note: 
1. Pets must not be left unattended at property at any time.  
2. Pets must be supervised or leashed when outside. 
3. No pets on indoor furniture or beds.  
4. Please clean up after your pet — bags and bins provided. 
5. Guests must clean up after pets immediately (waste bags provided) 
6. Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning. 

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
